Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY

 

We ship items in stock items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 1-2 business days to allow for processing time, and 2-3 business days during promotional periods. Pre-orders and back orders will ship as soon as the products are available to ship. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description, such as the preorder items. If you have any questions about the lead time on a specific item, please contact customer service with your questions. All sales are in US Dollars. 

 

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.

 

If you are offered insurance, but do not accept it, we cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. Upon receiving the items, please verify the quantity and condition of all contents. If you are missing any items or if the item(s) arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. After 48 hours of receipt, no replacements will be offered

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

 

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

CARRIERS

 

Orders ship via USPS, UPS and FedEx depending on the speed and price selected. We reserve the right to ship with any carrier to fulfill the desired shipping time, however, we will listen to client requests on a preferred carrier within reason.
